These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chinecho mobile application and its related services (collectively, the "Services"), which are owned and operated by Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Jiandou Technology").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
If you provide us with any suggestions or comments to improve the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.
Excluding any User Content (defined below), we own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Services. You also agree not to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

However, by uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your User Content as necessary for us to provide and operate the Services. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any User Content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our Services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also stop using the Services at any time. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JIANDOU TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jiandou Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where Jiandou Technology is located.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jiandou Technology concerning the Services. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
