Thank you for becoming a Chinecho member.
These Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms (the "Terms") supplement our "Chinecho User Agreement." By purchasing a subscription to Chinecho ("Subscription"), you agree to these Terms, including any future modifications we may make.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or yearly) unless you cancel it. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. to charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment method you have on file with the relevant platform (e.g., Apple App Store) within 24 hours prior to the end of your current billing period.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is up-to-date and has sufficient funds. If a payment is not successfully settled, your access to the service may be suspended, and we are not responsible for any failure to renew your Subscription.
You must cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
To cancel, you must follow the instructions provided by the platform through which you subscribed. For subscriptions made via the Apple App Store, the method is as follows:
Subscriptions are for a pre-paid digital service. All fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law. Canceling your Subscription stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service at our sole discretion. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. If you do not wish to accept the price change, you must cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
